Meenmutty Waterfalls

Meenmutty waterfalls is the second largest waterfalls in Kerala cascading down from an altitude of 1000 feet. This bewitching waterfall is part of the Neyyar Reservoir Area and located at Meppadi forest, Chitragiri, Wayanad. The misty waters of Meenmutty waterfalls are splashing down as three tiers each at a height of 300 feet. It is such a delight to visit the waterfalls during the monsoon seasons as the water flows brimming the banks and falls down thrashing at the rocks, sprinkling drops at everyone standing at the base of the waterfalls.

It would be such a unique experience to hear the roaring waters under the twinkling stars. Several tree houses are available for the visitors to enjoy the mesmerizing views of the hills, swaying trees, flying birds and much more. A trip to Meenmutty waterfalls would be a memorable journey for all the nature lovers out there. Go for the waterfalls and fall in love with this natural beauty.
